Why is the Recall necessary?
1. In the video below you can see the current President Alejandra Estevez's attitude towards the members of the Association and News Agencies. She hates when someone asks her questions about the well being of the Condominiums. She has an attitude that is costing the community $100,000+ dollars in attorney fees for her to not do elections and stay in power. This individual is very short tempered and aggressive towards members. Convince yourself with the video below. Alejandra Estevez is the invididual wearing the white top long sleeve with stripes.
2. Excuses for not doing elections, if you cannot hold simple annual elections predetermined from the bylaws and allocated in the budget, there are only 2 reasons for not complying. Either the Board of the Directors are power hungry or they do not know how to operate an association. Which makes them unqualified to run a $1.3 million dollar budget. Members need to questions their competency and if we really want them to continue to be on the Board if they are not elected individuals. We have paid for someone's mistakes, the mailing fees and for the attorney fees that are associated with not holding our annual elections. Would you trust your banking investor after he has made you lose money due to his own mistakes? Would you fire your banking investor or give him more money?
Can you blame a mistake on November 15, 2023 and April 26, 2024 on user error? Or was this malicious? See below for proof. Per By-laws elections are to be held annually on the first Tuesday of November.

3. Attorneys are managing our community, the Board of Directors are paying close to $100,000 annually because they lack competency to manage our community.
4. None of these Board of Directors have been elected as required by the Florida Statutes and International Park By-Laws

Alejandra Estevez's mother is MARIA EUGENIA ESTEVEZ, which was recalled in 2012 caused the community thousands of dollars in fighting the recall and ultimately lost at the end.
Juan Arboleda's wife is MARIA CARMEN ARBOLEDA, which was also recalled in 2012 also caused the community thousands in fighting the recall.
